Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bently Nevada 330851-04-000-030-90-00-05 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bimba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bierrebi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Blue-Ridge-Ergonomics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bimba such as the PT07360A1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SB200 manufactured by Bierrebi and we are pleased to be able to service most Bierrebi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BRNCRVMBCHCRT0A1CFCC8584 by Manufacturer Blue-Ridge-Ergonomics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Bosch Brand 9810231275 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Boston-Gear such as 71015B4G equipment made by Boston-Gear have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Boston-Gear products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Boston-Gear" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VM100 made by Bosch as well as the popular R10764040 original spares produced by Bosch-Rexroth

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 34R6BEPPZ4 by Bodine and 71015B4G spares by Boston-Gear are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7006005 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bosch.
